Ride Review

This is a very popular ride, marketed for kids but still able to pull in the teens and adults. As you enter the queueline which goes around one quarter of the ride, you have an up-close and personal view of the cars on the track, and you're eye level with people on the ride.

Once you're on the ride, you take your seat in either a pink, green, blue or silver car, there are two of each colour. The cars are big enough to hold two children, or one adult and one chid with the heavier person on the inside of the car. This is because the force of the ride pulls inward before pushing outward, and kids can hit their heads if they're below a metre. Two adults can squeeze into one car but it's uncomfortable and not recommended, and the official word on it from the park is that 'two heavy people may not share a car'..

The ride has signs around the inside of the perimeter with slogans like 'Scream as loud as you like, we don't mind!' and 'Come on mum, hop on for a ride!' It's a good little ride. It's been around for near on 60 years now, and is still one of the most popular kiddie rides in the park.
